Dr. Kavalek was born and raised in Bucks County, PA. He played multiple sports growing up, including soccer, basketball, baseball, and golf. His love for sports quickly turned into an interest in how the human body functions. This led him to pursue a career in medicine. He understood that to practice good medicine, he needed to create a working environment tailored to his patients and not to insurance companies. He completed his undergraduate training in kinesiology at Elon University in Elon, NC, and then attended New York Medical College in Westchester, NY for his graduate medical training. He completed his family medicine residency at Chestnut Hill Hospital in Philadelphia, PA, and is board-certified in family medicine. When not at the office, he can be found working out at the local gym or taking his pitbull rescue, Milo, for a long walk.
